The construction of the Sozopolis holiday village has begun on the island of Kolokita, near the town of Sozopol. Buildings in the complex will be delivered in the spirit and architecture of the old Sozopol and the concept behind it is for it to offer a modern feel, combined with a sense of romance. The complex will be developed on a plot of 88 500 sq. m. and will consist of 147 separate plots – authentic one and two family houses, shops, small restaurants, a luxury hotel with a spa centre, offices and entertainment areas. The island is situated approximately 2 km south of Sozopol. The total investment value of the project is 45 million EUR. The village will include 56 two storey houses and 21 one family houses with a total of 167 homes.
