Double deals and attractive rental prices dominate the housing market

Buying a more qualitative and larger apartment is the reason why many people decide to sell their property during the holiday month of August. The second in volume is the group of properties which are not of an essential need of the owners and they could use funds to help implement business or other personal plans.

Location remains one of the determinants in the choice of property - communication is a leading for 17% of buyers, and proximity to a school, university and office building determines the choice of 29 percent of the buyers.

Activity in rents was reduced in July, but the approaching of the new school year and the start of the new business season, led the tenants to stir and deals in August were 37 percent more than in July.
