Growth of property investments in July and August
Investments in real estate in CEE for July and August reached 458 million euro, as 17 deals were concluded during the period, according to CB Richard Ellis.
With this volume of investment in the region since the beginning of the year reached 936 million, 96 percent of all investments in the sector were made in July and August, it is clear from the data.
The rise in activity is due mainly to transactions with a value in Russia for two months reaching 239 million euros, or 52 percent of the total volume. Almost all transactions concluded in the sector of the Russian market this year are from local investors. |
