Hungarian development company SCD Holding revealed plans to expand its activity in the countries from Central and Eastern Europe including Bulgarian property market.
Among the countries are Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia.

Efforts of the company will be directed to the trade and office area markets, announced the company speaker.
