Interest on Real Estate Credits in Leva Increases by 1,2% in August

The average percentages on housing credits in leva in August increase by 1,18 percent points on a yearly basis up to 9,53%, according to data by the Bulgarian national bank. Those in Euro increase by 0,46 percent points up to 7,94%.

The average interests on consumer credits in leva increase by 2,33% up to 11,66, while those on other credits increase by 0,98 points up to 12,92%.

The yearly percentage of expenditures on consumer credits in leva in August 2008 is 12,74, as compared to August 2007 the increase is 1,81%.

The yearly percentage of expenditures on real estate credits in leva compared to the same month in 2007 increases by 1,32 points up to 10,35% and those of real estate credits in Euro - by 0,65 points up to 8,83%, the data shows.
