Israeli firm BSR Europe will build a mixed-use office and residential complex in the city of Varna on the Black Sea and it is expected 200 million euro to be invested in the project  .

BSR Europe's development will have a footprint of 74 421 sq m, with six Class A office, five residential buildings and two hypermarkets. The office buildings will be situated on the west side of the terrain and the closed-type residential buildings - on the east side, nearby the offices.
