More and more Russian buyers are interested in holiday properties
New Russian investors are interested in purchasing a Bulgarian seaside property.
Not only the serious investors but also individual buyers (representatives of the middle class) are heading to the holiday apartments in the Bulgarian resorts.
Russians believe Bulgaria is a secure market because there are still running new projects in the real estate field and the economy is stable. The investment climate in countries like Greece and Romania is not as good as the Bulgarian’s, believe experts. |
