Multifunctional business complex for 30 million leva to be opened in Plovdiv
New multifunctional business complex will be opened in the center of Plovdiv in the beginning of the summer. The total amount of the investment is 30 million leva. The complex’s name is Capital City Center, and the investor is Black Sea Investmment.
The complex includes offices, trade areas, apartments, and areas for culture events such as exhibitions ot small concerts.
Capital City Center has 11 floors with a total built-up area of 13 300 sq.m. Its construction began in the end of 2006 and passed 2 phases. The first phase which is close to its end, includes opening of the offices and stores. The second phase includes finishing of the luxury apartments and has to be ended by the autumn of 2009. |
