The average price of apartments in Bulgaria during the first three months of the year 2008 grew up with 6.8% - that is shown in the data of NSI, released on 23rd April.
The average price has expanded from 1216.85 leva/sq.m (608.43 euro per sq.m) at the end of December to 1299.95 leva/sq.m (649.98 euro per sq.m) at the end of March.
Data shows the change in apartments’ price in the regional centers as well as in the whole country.
