New business and trade center for 14 million euro will be opened in Yambol
By the end of April a new business and trade center will be opened in Yambol. Investment for the project is about 14 million euro - that was announced by the investor company.
The complex is located in the center of the town on the pedestrian area and its total build up area is 17 000 sq.m. 4 000 sq.m. are designed for underground parking lots and half of the remaining 13 000 sq.m. is for trade areas and the other half will be offices. |
