In spite of the worsening property market in the country, over 75% of the exhibition space for the BalPEx Autumn 2008 Forum has already been already rented. The event will take place 10-12 October 2008 in Inter Expo and Congress Center in Sofia.

The forum will gather investors and construction companies, real estate agencies, financial institutions, consultants, architects and property management companies.
