The first mall in Stara Zagora - Park Mall will be officially opened in October 2008, said from the company-investor of the project. The construction works will be given to "Balkanstroy". Investment is 25 million euro.

Mall will have area of 30 000 sq.m. and 20 000 sq.m. of them will be trade area. In the mall there will be cinema complex "Arena" with 6 cinema halls and 950 seats and it will be the first modern cinema complex in the region equipped with 3D cinema technology.
