According to the president of fond “Institute of City Economics” Nadejhda Kosareva actual fall of prices of the lodgings is not prognosticated. The growth of prices in 2008 will be 9% compared to the previous year and in 2010 – 5% compared to the year before. The prognosis of Kosareva are extended until year 2015. She considers at that time the inflation of the lodging prices will be 1.5% per annum.
