The Spanish investment company “Montecanal” is going to realize some projects in Bulgaria and the residential complex in Boyana residential district of Sofia is one of them. The investment in this project is going to be around 7,5 M Euro, announce Investor.bg. The complex will consist of four separate buildings with 66 apartments, shops, underground garages and business areas. The total area of the complex is 13 000 sq.m. The construction works starts in a month and will be realized by the German construction company Lindner.
