The first in Europe green university will open doors in Varna
The agreement for its construction will be signed today between the mayor of the Bulgarian Black sea town Kiril Yordanov and the architect Jean Marrie Belain from the European agency for financial engineering.
The educational institution will be for post graduate qualification and the period of training will be 3 years.
People in the field of architecture, environment and agriculture will study in the green university.
The university is expected to attract specialists from all European countries.
The higher institution will secure around 200 new work places. It will be established completely with funds from the European Union.
Varna municipality is required only to provide building with an area of around 2500 sq.m or a terrain on which the building to be constructed.
The place is still not chosen. A sanction from the Municipal council is needed for the realization of the idea. |
