The first shopping mall in Bourgas opened
The first shopping mall in Bourgas – Bourgas Plaza was opened yesterday. The investor of the trade center is the company of the same name – “Bourgas Plaza” which is owned by Gort Holding and Bridgecorp. The investment of the project is 60 million euro. The mall is on two levels, on a total area of 39 000 sq.m. There are 2 parking lots – one of them is underground, and the other is located on the roof of the newly opened hypermarket Carrefour. The mall provides 1000 working places.
Until today the trade center is filled 80%. From the company investor expect all the areas to be let out. |
