The sellers want more
The prices of the holiday apartments in the winter resorts, for the active season, have risen with 5-10 %. In Borovetz, where a month ago the highest price was 2130 euros / sq. m., now it reached the level of 2440 Euro / sq.m.
A growth in prices is noticed also in Pamporovo, where the highest price was starting from 1196 euro/sq. m., but now an offer appeared, showing required price of 2000 euros / sq.m. This apartment is also newly-built and furnished.
Highest prices of all remain in Bansko. The apartments in a new complex, located in a communicative area, 900 m away from the first station of the cabin ski-lift, having a SPA center, restaurant, big roof sun bathing terrace, a pool and a sun bed, are altogether offered for 2580 euros per sq.m.
These offers mark the tendency for further improving of the quality and the extras of the resort estates that are offered lately. |
