Trade areas in Sofia till now are about 650 000 sq.m., and it is expected more 210 000 sq.m. to be finished until the end of the year and the total area in the capital will be more than 860 000 sq.m.

During the first half of the year only 26 000 sq.m. areas were put into operation. The new-built trade buildings are located out of the Sofia centre and near by the entrance boulevards and the ring-road. During the H1 two trade centers in residential district Mladost are opened – Mall Boulevard and City Point Centre.
